Quiet even though Full Moon Bar is nearby Lobby look comfortable and feel good when you step in the hotel Microwave provided. Spacious and cosy room

1) Water take a long time to go down the sinkhole cause a 'flood' temporarily. 2) Room service didn't change my towel

Poor quality

The staff at front desk was very nice.

The room was dirty, seems like they use the old sheets. Found the cockroach in bathroom and ants were everywhere.

Room good for 3 people abit small but do us.

Bed sheets & blankets very smooth feel good for sleep in.

Book in for three people we ask for one more coffee sachet enought for 3 people. But been told we only give 2 coffee for 2 people. We paid for 3 people. Staff confirm only 2 coffee.

My wife is disabled.

My wife is disabled. I asked if they could call a taxi for us. We were told no you get yourself we are too busy. There were 6 staff sat playing candy crush. I walked 400m to the main road eventually got a cab. The staff then sat watching me struggle to get my wife down the.steep steps then struggle with our suitcases.

No english. Dirty toilet. Poor service and not good location

They don't speak english. We wasted hours just to ask as if they had withdrawed from my account yet or not. The toilet was so dirty with lots of tiny insects look like mosquito but weird. I almost shouted when i went into it. The room service was also poor, the first and the second day they brought us water and towels but the third no, they must thought that we had drank last 2 days so it was enough, no need to drink? The location was not good for the people who would like to visit attractions in BKk because it's 17km far from the center, traffic jams everyday, no tuk tuk to go to tr central only taxi, not able to rent motorbike without thai licence, so you would waste at least 3 hours a day to travel with a taxi in such traffic jams. I have been in hundred of hotels before but this is my first time i review that bad of a service

Everything is good only the location is very far

This place near supermarket and 7-11 so easy to buy food or heat up food coz the hotel have microwave oven. The hotel have gym and self-service laundry machine.

The location very far from mrt and place of interest.

bad experience for stay

Room size and decoration

Cleanliness of the bathroom was awful and the smell was disgusting like pee. Thus, I called the front desk to let them know about this matter, and they sent helpless housekeeper to the room. Moreover, I was not allowed to change the room. The used cup was not clean for new guests. Bad experience for stay.

The property is close to so many cheap and nice place to eat...

The property is close to so many cheap and nice place to eat, not crowded compared to the central Bangkok itself. The people in this area were very nice and friendly as well. The family suite is good for 3 persons, nicely equipped with a microwave, tv, and a fridge.

The mattress is basically wood with an inch of sponge and bedsheet, please don’t throw yourself in that bed at first sight of seeing a bed after a long day, the bed is hard, really hard. We stayed there for 5 days and the housekeeping only did our room twice even after we put the make up room sign outside everyday, first was on the first day of our stay there, and last was on the last day of our stay. They didn’t provide enough drinking water everyday for 3 persons which they supposedly have been providing since the room is for 3 persons. The breakfast they provided are only the usual toast and some biscuits with hot chocolate, coffee and tea, all self service. Toilet for the family suite is only one which located in the master bedroom, very inconvenient for the other person in the other room to use at night.

Good time here with our family, happy vacation!

Reasonable price, two bedrooms with balcony, near supermarket and many restaurants around there. I think it was not noisy from outside if we closed the window.
